Signing ceremony between Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation (MBRF) and Japan Arts and Culture Foundation (JACF) has been done at Terada Warehouse T-square for the launch of “Writers Exchange program UAE-Japan” by partnership between MBRF and JACF on Monday 29 September, 2014.

The Exchange Program offers a new horizon of cultural exchange between UAE and Japan. The launch will be marked by presence of His Excellency Mr. Jamal Bin Huwaireb, Managing Director, Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation with attendance of Ambassador of UAE, H. E. Mr. Saeed Ali Yousef AL-NOWAIS.
